Hello Labrats,

I have a collegue and their primary human aortic smooth muscle cells look strange... Obviously, the cells on the bottom part of the pic are dying/dead, but there seems to be a clear cut between live and dead cells within this culture. Has anyone every seen/experienced this and might know, what went wrong with these cells?
