Seeking Serious Advice

Hey everyone, need some serious advice on something.

So we have a 2BHK flat (high-rise) in Gurgaon which we bought for 30L a few years ago. Now its ready and its price is around 70L. We also have a 50 gaj jadd se makan, and currently we are staying in a rented 4BHK flat. We are a big family actually and that 50 gaj house is of no use for us, plus the location is REALLY bad. We need atleast 5bhk with car parking and all to live comfy.

Now my thoughts are this: we can sell the Gurgaon flat for 70L (its brand new btw) and add 20–30L from our pocket, then buy 2 combined 3BHK flats so we have a total of 6BHK. We can probably get that done for around 80L to 1CR.

The only thing is, we are not sure if its a good idea to sell a high rise property that we bought years ago because now it has good value and it will surely increase over time. But at the same time we do want to move into our own space so at least we save 35k per month rent and also live comfortably. So what to do guys thing, is this a good idea to sell the high rise flat and buy a normal apartment which is not gonna be highrise.

Seeking advice 🙏

Rolling Loud India 2026 is happening in November but the dates haven’t been announced yet. My brothers wedding is planned for the 21st of November this year, which is the same date as last year’s Rolling Loud dates. Is there any information on the Rolling Loud India 2026 dates yet? I’ve been stressing about it and really don’t want to miss it no matter what haha
