Hello, is it ok to tell HR that I want to stop working with the client because I believe our work system is not aligned? Me and my client have miscommunication all the time, and it’s really hard to adjust because yung client medyo magulo din.
Will this be red flag to HR? Even if hindi talaga match :(
What happens if 30 hrs are not being met? Client is always asking what I do but doesn’t give me load or tasks to be done. He wants to be transparent with my working hrs and told me if 30 hrs is not needed, i shouldnt not extend my time. If I report this to HR, is there a possible of EOS? And how long will it take for to find a new client if na eos? :( thank you
Hi, I’d like to ask some fellows here in reddit who know someone or is someone franchising mcdonalds in the PH. I know that mcdonalds have strict requirements before they approve your application. As an owner of a McDonalds branch, they require owners to undergo extensive training before you can build the branch. And as an owner of McDonalds branch, you really have to be hands on.
Out of curiosity lang. May I ask if despite having managers or supervisors on the branch, what would be your main job task as an owner of branch? Yes it is given to know the “all around work” but can someone give me a picture whst would be the day to day life of an owner/franchisee of mcdonalds in the ph?
