There’s this guy I know who already has a blue badge, and we literally started at the same time in the new hire group. He’s a water spider in stow while I just stow. The average rate here is 250, and I’ve been doing 300–350 these past few weeks. My performance is still stuck at “fair” though. I’ve been getting awards too and showing up to all my shifts on time. What the fuck am I doing wrong?
