Walgreens - Fix this issue! I'm tired of waiting in the pharmacy line 20-40 min with non service dogs! I'm allergic and have to use my emergency inhaler every time!

I complained to your manager on staff and he said nothing can be done. Seriously, you are a pharmacy! Why do I have to suffer while in line? What if my inhaler isn't enough and need rescue? That's a huge liability and I don't want to have to have to get medical care at the hospital via trip by ambulance.

Here are 3 options:

  1. A staff member that stands in line for us as a proxy on request.

  2. Good old fashioned take a number system and you call the next number.

  3. Go digital and scan a QR code to be called up.

I will never approach a dog owner because people are insane these days. And I have nothing against dogs and it's a shame I'm allergic to them. But when other customers complain that I'm coughing and wheezing and needing to use my inhaler - that's where I draw the line people. I'm so tired of suffering all the time.

Walgreens, fix this issue!

Do you pay attention to expiration dates on your inhalers. I have a brand new box that I realized expired?

I was going through my massive medical stash of meds and stuff and I realized that I had a bunch of expired stuff and then I saw my Ventolin box was expired I have another two boxes, one expires in June of this year and another that expires next year. I feel bad throwing away medication even if my insurance covers it for free.
