For anyone coming off of the Fresh Pond Rd stop (62nd St. side) stay aware of the squatters outside the building on the corner of 62nd st and 68th ave - the one under construction! I've seen a lot of different people over the past couple weeks presumedly on drugs on the steps of this building, and even saw a drug deal happen from two people who walked by and dropped a bag in front of somebody nodding off on drugs. Today there was a man leaking blood, screaming. Very unusual for this area as there are many children in this neighborhood! Stay safe y'all.
