Did a lawn reno and added irrigation. This patch is thicker than anything I've ever come across. I mow twice a week. 4 days after my last cut I dropped the mower 1 notch. It damn near killed my 7.25 ft lb mower. Had to move at a snail pace to cut this. Went through the rest of the lawn with no issues

Mind the edges. Had to get to hockey

Pretty happy with the results so far. Got my seed down at the end of may. Still some patchy areas but will do a reseed either fall or next spring. We dont have a long growing season in Alberta so I may not have time this year. Bit of quack grass to wipe with round up one of these days as well.
