You shouldn't say "I am going to quit porn and masturbating" you should say "I am someone who doesn't watch pornography and doesn't masturbate". Same situation in " I shouldn't watch it. or I shouldn't do it." Try "I don't do it. That's who I am" We know we are addicts but you should believe you are not, even you should believe you never were addict. If you keep saying I need to quit, Your addict mentality will never change.And finally, You should stop counting days. This attitude will remind your brain that you are addicted.
