Want to convert 20ft container into a home
G'day guys and gals,
I have a 20ft shipping container that I need to turn into a home, but don't want to make any mistakes with the wiring. I have access to 2 standard 15 AMP electrical outlets to power everything (the hot water system will be gas btw).
From what I understand; the (15 AMP) power goes into a breaker box, then gets distributed to the different systems around the container (lights, hotplate, outlets, AC).
I have done basic wiring in the past, but not to this extent. From what I know; I have to ensure there are no exposed copper, everything is connected correctly and securely, I have the correct breakers and correct gauge wires.
What I'm unsure of is how to put the wire up through the timber framework, especially with insulation.
If anyone has advice or things I should be careful of, I would really appreciate it.
