Okay, so I’ve been working at Databricks since 2 years as an SSA (specialist SA)

I’m considering a switch because I want to try something new, also this whole saaspocalypse has really gotten in my head.

Do people still consider Databricks as a tier one company? I got offeres from MSFT and Google before but couldn’t land an agreement on comp, but now I’m genuinely thinking to switch.

There’s no other reason besides me wanting to try something new and grow.
