6w4d but gestational sac measuring 5 weeks

I had an ultrasound yesterday because I’ve been having some spotting and one sided back pain. I assumed the spotting is from my progesterone suppositories but I wanted to be sure. According to my LMP I should have been 6w4d yesterday. They did a transvaginal and abdominal ultrasound. The ultrasound tech said he “didn’t see anything” and he also asked me what my HCG numbers were and he said “oh no that’s too low” which I thought was a weird comment to make. My OB is happy with my betas by the way. My husband was watching the screen as he was doing the ultrasound where he labeled and measured a gestational sac. After he left the doctor came in and said there was a small gestational sac indicating a very early pregnancy measuring 5 weeks. So that puts me about a week and 4 days behind give or take 1-2 days considering I did not track my ovulation this last cycle. We only had intercourse one day so I know my dates can’t be super off. Has anyone measured behind like this and still had a successful pregnancy? I’ll have a repeat ultrasound next Monday

Unknown DPO testing for almost 2 weeks

I know it’s silly that I’ve been testing for so long, I had a chemical in January so I’m just nervous. My betas have been on the lower side but doubling appropriately according to my OB. I didn’t track my ovulation this cycle so my best guess is around 24-25 DPO? According to my last period I should be around 5 weeks 3 days. On the 5th as you can see my lines were equal, not a dye stealer, but equal. I wish I would have just stopped testing then because I know dye stealers don’t really mean much. But now I’m convinced my lines are fading 😭 I’m waiting for the result of my last repeat beta. My result on Monday was 156 at 4 weeks 5 days. So while I’m hoping for a much higher number today, I don’t think it’s possible that’s this is the hook effect people talk about as my HCG probably is not super high. Has anyone had tests stall around this point with no dye stealer?

I found out I was pregnant on April 25th. I had my first beta on Tuesday the 28th, the result was 25. My 48 hour repeat was 42 on the 30th. Monday my result was 156. I was spotting pink/brown blood for about 3 days right after I found out. My doctor told me I probably implanted later than I thought and there’s no need to repeat another beta and to just wait for my appointment at the end of the month. I had a chemical at 4 weeks in January so I’m so extremely nervous. I had pretty much given up hope so I didn’t track my ovulation this last cycle so I have no idea how many dpo I am. If I had to guess probably 21-23 dpo. My last period was March 31st so I would assume I’m around 5 weeks 2 days now. My tests were kind of slow to progress. The lines are finally equal now, no dye stealer but I decided to stop testing because I know that’s not a reliable source for pregnancy progression. Would I be crazy to ask to come in for another beta or should I just take a breath and wait for my appointment? I’ve made myself sick the last few days with all my racing thoughts. I’ve also had on and off pms like back pain since I found out, but it’s been pretty constant since I woke up this morning so that’s not making me feel any better about my situation.
