Does anyone know if in the state of Florida when your car gets towed are you able to get the plates.

Backstory old car got busted but in the process of getting a new car the old one got taking off the insurance. And as im waiting overnight for a toll company to get there the next morning sell them the car, a different toll company that drives around the property towed the vehicle and now I don’t have the license plate. Is there anyway for me to get the plates ?
