Hey. Let me start by saying that I don't really know anything about plumbing, so if I say anything incorrect please excuse me in advance.

So we have an SPlan heating system new cylinder pressurised etc. We have CH and HW valves and majority is working fine.

The Hive works perfect for CH. It also works for HW when I call for it.

But the issue is the thermostat on the Cylinder is able to call for the boiler on its own, without the Hive. Basically if tempature drops, it heats it. It like its in HW mode constantly.

I want it so that the Thermostat only works when I have HW on the Hive activated.

Has anyone had the happen or direct me to where the crossover mix up could be?
