Most of them had at least three of these five problems.
GBP linking to the wrong website. One contractor had a brand new site they paid thousands for and their Google Business Profile was still sending every customer to the old broken one with placeholder videos on every page.
No service pages. One home page. Google cannot rank a single page for ten different services. Every search for a specific service goes straight to a competitor.
Zero reviews in the last 90 days. Doesn't matter if you have 4.9 stars. If nobody has reviewed you recently Google treats your listing as inactive.
No ads running. Organic SEO takes 6 months minimum. Meanwhile competitors with weaker reputations are sitting at the top of the page because they are paying to be there.
