Hey everyone, I'm still looking for a new email marketing platform. I've asked for Mailchimp alternatives before, but I didn't get many responses. So Mailchimp is obviously out.  

I'm still considering Sender or MailerLite, someone mentioned Getsitecontrol, but I seems to be popups-first? If you're on these platforms, what's your actual experience with migration and customer support? Are ecommerce features enough to run a small shop (8,000 contacts)?  

I would consider other platforms, but I prioritize cheaper. What are you using?

I decided it's time to part with Mailchimp. I have 8,000 contacts on my list and I feel like I'm overpaying for what I'm getting. What I'm looking for:

• Ecommerce features (automation, integrations, reports)
• Easy to use interface (I will need to train new people in the future)
• SMS in the same platform (not using yet but I'd like that option)
• Migration support (and good support in general, I don't want to wait a week if I face any problems)
• Reasonable price

I've seen Sender, Brevo, Omnisend being recommended as Mailchimp alternatives, they all look similar to me on paper. Are you using any of them? Or maybe some other tools?
