Should I be concerned?

Update: my doctor is referring me to oncology. I am freaking out!! Please someone reassure me it’s going to be okay…. I don’t want to spiral.

My doctor hasn’t looked at this yet as she was out today. I am likely getting a hysterectomy for this and other issues. Will that resolve this?
