17m potty training
My 17mo boy has (inconsistently) started letting us know when he's actively pooping. Doesn't like being put on the potty. He can't communicate/might not understand when he's peeing yet. I'm a FTM.
Do you have any guidance?

Honestly grinds my gears. We are there several days a week and watch dozens of people each time washing their dirty feet in the water toddlers are playing in. So gross. I wish there was better signage directing people to the foot washing stations.
I had my first baby at 36yo. Was a competitive power lifter prior to. Baby is 16m old now. I've struggled with chronic plantar fasciitis, stiff body, shoulder pain since pregnancy, despite regular massage and PT, yoga. I'm back to lifting somewhat heavy, nothing like I used to. I know I need to start thinking about fitness differently, especially if I want a second child. I need to start thinking for heart health and strength for longevity, so I can be active with my kids. Maybe power lifting isn't for me anymore? And I struggle with that as I've lost so much of my old self to motherhood.
I guess Im wondering if anyone else has felt the same and how they moved forward?
