Switiching from CIC to ISL/ISDL !!!
I currently have offer from IBM CIC for the role of AI engineer (should begin working shortly). I wanted to enquire about are there any opportunities where there can be a internal switch done from CIC to ISL or ISDL and also what how different is the working gonna be in CIC compared to ISL or ISDL.
