Is anyone having any issues with online check-in and storing your boarding passes at the moment? Flying from Ireland to the UK this week and am having a mare.

1. Launch the app and try to log in, and fail.
2. Remove the app and re-download it and try to log in, and fail.
3. Enter my email address so that I can reset my password. Never get an email the allows me to do this. Even in junk folder.
4. Go via the website, and use the booking number to check in. Success.
5. Look at my boarding pass, see what seat they’ve put me in, and click the button to add it to my phones wallet. Nothing happens.
6. Repeat step 5, get step 5’s result.
7. Open a different browser and repeat step 5, get step 5’s result.
8. Put down phone and say FFS
9. Pick up phone, open original browser and repeat step 5. Now instead of seeing my boarding pass I see the following message: “Collect a paper boarding pass at the airport check-in desk.”
10. Opened the app again. Instead of logging in I put in my booking number and family name and got to see my trip details. Tried to issue boarding pass and got “All attempted boarding pass retrievals failed.”

Has anyone had a similar saga? Are there any magical tips for me to get my boarding pass without the hassle of having to show up to the airport early to brave the real life check in queue?
