Does 4K 120Hz actually reduce the rainbow effect on DLP projectors?

Does 4K 120Hz actually reduce the rainbow effect on DLP projectors?

I’ve been looking into JMGO’s upcoming Iris Ultra Max and recently watched a YouTube review of the N5S Ultra Max. It included an RBE comparison with another 4K 60Hz DLP, and the N5S showed much less color breakup even with its RBE reduction setting turned off.

The reviewer said 4K 120Hz lets it cycle through RGB faster, which also cuts down the rainbow effect. I had only thought of 4K 120Hz as a gaming feature. Does the higher refresh rate itself make RBE less noticeable with 24p movies or regular 60Hz content, or only when the source is running at 120Hz?

What's the one attachment you'd actually buy again?

Of all the attachments you've added to your rack or cable system, which one actually felt worth it and would you buy again?

My current pulleys are fine for everyday stuff, but for chest fly, rear delt and single arm press the angles always feel a bit limited. I'm on the fence about adding something and don't want to waste money on gear that just collects dust, so I'd love to hear what's been most worth it for you.
