Well, I’m done with Bosch. I purchased a dishwasher for $1,600 last May. The pump went out! I tried to get Bosch to come and look at it. The first appointment available was 6 weeks out. Then they rescheduled and added another 4 weeks! So finally I called a regular repairman and had to pay $600 to repair the pump on a new appliance.

I’ve relocated a few times and over the past 10 years I’ve purchased 4 Bosch dishwashers. I had trouble with all 4. A main issue is noise. They get progressively louder over time and that is one of the primary benefits.

I recommend buying something else because if you have a problem it will be months before Bosch will address your concern.
