Proposed DLC: Hollis Dupree

The case of Hollis Dupree, who murdered Lamont Harris and Trey McCall in Southdowns when they came asking him for help, was left completely unresolved no way Lincoln Clay would allow that to slide. The mission setting can be a restored interior to the Downtown police station which 2K removed when they cancelled the controversial background mission involving Chief Earl Wilson's predecessor. Anyways Hollis Dupree is scheduled to be released so before this can happen, Lincoln Clay sneaks into the Downtown police station, finds his mark in his cell, and lynches him from the street light in front of the station for all to see. Unlike the other DLCs, this one should not be available until after the death of Judge Cornelius Holden.

Theory: Achievement Counter Glitch Not A Glitch

I suspect that the glitch plaguing players on certain evements may actually be the side effect of an exploit closure made in response to the save glitch set immediately following the Opera House mission "All For The Blessed" in "Sign of the Times". With this save glitch players might've been unlocking A New Boss and No Loose Ends on the easiest racket boss by replaying it over and over until the achievements unlocked. So therefore the removal of the counter for those and certain other achievements wasn't actually a glitch per say but a feature to stop players from cheesing their way through all achievements in one playthrough. Seriously wouldn't a timer to get back to Anna immediately following the Opera House have been more effective? Or maybe even automatically returning to Anna's Safehouse as soon as you left the Opera House area.
