How much BAC water do you guys usually use to reconstitute a 10mg tesamorelin vial?

My last vial was 5mg and I used 3mL BAC water. I was dosing 20 units, 5 days on and 2 days off. Mainly just trying to figure out what concentration most people prefer for easier dosing/math on an insulin syringe.

From what I understand, 10 units on my 10mg vial equals about 20 units on my 5mg vial, and I’d rather keep my dosage and BAC water the same.

I double-check my math with AI since I’m still in remedial college math, learning as I go.

I have 5 days until my next dose of Reta, and my appetite suppression isn’t as strong as I’d like right now. I’m thinking about going back on my Adderall until my next dose, or maybe just increasing my Reta dose early.

Would y’all wait until the next scheduled dose, or dose early?

Been on Reta for about a month and recently added Tesamorelin without realizing I probably should’ve checked interactions with Accutane first. 😅

After starting it, a few old/open wounds became swollen and really itchy, so I stopped immediately just to be safe.

Problem is, I already reconstituted the Tesamorelin vial. Can it be preserved in the fridge until I’m done with Accutane, or is it basically useless after a certain amount of time?

What happens if you disturb your peptides from releasing the Bac water too fast?
