My ps5's hdmi port is probably broken, but theres no damage on the outside, so it had to be a problem with the soldering or somethin. but i can't find a single image of what they're supposed to look like, so i need help knowing whats wrong here
so from what i've narrowed down, this has to be at least a problem with the hdmi port. i have 3 other hdmi cables, each of them have the same issue. I've tried plugging my ps5 to a tv, and it had the same issues. My monitor connects everything else completely fine without any problems. From how the port looks i think there might be damage but i cant find a good enough comparison, so idk.
The issues are that ill plug the hdmi cord in, and it'll catch the signal perfectly fine, yet the screen will be completely black. I have to wiggle the cord around in certain positions to make work, and recently it's been working less and less. I did accidentally yank the cord out a few too many times, but not a lot of other things i can think of would damage the port. If theres anything else that would be important lmk
