Illegal entry and used my house as storage
Seeking advice po:
I have a house and lot po in a subdivision that I bought 10 years ago, hinuhulugan pa until now. OFW po ako and recently went home to settle in PH, di po namin napupuntahan lagi yung property so di nachecheck lage. After almost 8 years from my last visit pinuntahan ko yung property and I found stuff na hindi sa akin inside ng house ko. Like car parts, tires at mukhang matagal na. the front door lock was non functional tapos backdoor was broken/decayed maybe sa kalumaan but it looked like it was forcibly opened at some point kasi open talaga sya. May naka park pa na car. I reported the issue with the property management and sinamahan pa nila ako so they can see the house din. They said they will investigate so I complied and waited. After less than 2 weeks they found out the culprit and I asked them help to resolve the issue without filing any legal or civil cases para di na magulo. Tinry ko I settle na lang yung issue with the offender by asking them to at least repair the damages that were incurred with the property managers help. They are insisting that the local security guard allowed them to put their things inside and said na damage na daw yung house bago pa nila ipasok gamit nila sa bahay ko. Gumawa pa ng sworn statement na notarized. What criminal or civil cases po pwede ko I file sa kanila?
