Just took delivery of a Echoflow Stream Ultra. The cable that came with it is not long enough to get reach electrical socket. Is it of to link it through a cable box to a second cable and if so can anyone tell me the specification of the extension cable and ifs available in B & Q or off Amazon. Thanks.
In April I took delivery of a LONGi solar panel from the Coatbridge branch of City Plumbing. Did not open the box as I was waiting for the mounting brackets from Eco-Worthy to be delivered by Amazon which due to global situation did not arrive till yesterday (17.05.26). So built up the brackets and opened the box to find this. Frustrated but hopefully City Plumbing will be able source me a replacement quickly. Looks like it’s been dropped or hit very hard to cause this amount of damage. Packaging is a bit flimsy for such a heavy item.
Can anyone tell me how long it takes to have a Stream Ultra delivered in the uk after order is placed. I would go for the Ultra X but don’t wait for 3 months for it. Thanks.
