I live in Buenos Aires and use ABRP with a paid Premium subscription.

I own a BYD electric vehicle. I use CarPlay and ABRP daily.

If I notice any discrepancies in the charging stations, I usually report them through the ABRP app or web version. I also report new chargers, hardware upgrades, or changes in charging power on Open Charge Maps to add them to ABRP.

Unfortunately, I've waited over 40 days for these reports to appear in ABRP without any success.

I've submitted countless reports directly through the app, but I haven't received any response from ABRP. The reports remain unchanged on the ABRP map.

This is causing me serious problems with route calculations. It's missing out on chargers that actually exist and charge quickly because the data is outdated, even though I've reported them and waited 40 days.

This week I reported an entire new network of charging stations in Buenos Aires on Open Charge Maps and PlugShare. Four days later, not a single one of the 15 chargers has appeared on ABRP.

This situation is truly frustrating. I am a loyal ABRP user and I really like the application. I use it daily. Furthermore, using the Iternio API, I send real-time data to my account, which is fantastic. I have been a programmer for decades. Currently, I am the CTO at a sports data processing company and I am a strong advocate for the use of ABRP in this region of the world, which is just beginning to adopt electric vehicles. I kindly ask that you address these reports. I compile them with strict control over each piece of data to ensure the highest quality information for route calculations.
