What the actual **** is going on with this matchmaking?

I just keep finding all sweats in my matches, how are they hitting all the time while flying, jumping or doing any fast maneuver?

Beyond tofu shredded cheese in Kyoto?

Does anyone that lives here has recently seen it anywhere in Kyoto? I don't want to order it through amazon because is just a ripoff.

Anyone know if silent sparklers are allowed in all Kamo riverside?

I saw a lot of people firing them some weeks ago in the delta, but I would like to know if closer to the center are they allowed?

Based on this graphic I found it should be allowed as long as they are silent but on the drawing at the bottom right one of the devious creatures is using one sparkler.

I tried to recreate one of the zoomers of Jak 2/3 games

As an accident turning to the sides is inverted, but it actually works way smoother than the other way I tried.
