My plant is dying

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for some advice because I feel like my plant is slowly dying and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
The plant arrived in good condition, but since then it has been steadily declining.
Here's what I've done so far:
Repotted it into regular potting soil mixed with additional perlite for better drainage.
Added a layer of clay pebbles (LECA) at the bottom of the pot to help prevent waterlogging.
Initially, the soil was quite moist (not soaking wet), and I kept a plastic bag over the plant for about a week. At that time the bag had no ventilation holes, and I didn't open it during that period.
After doing some research, I became worried that the soil might have been too wet, so I repotted the plant again into fresh soil.
I then added ventilation holes to the bag.
The soil is now only slightly moist, definitely not wet.
The plant is currently in my grow tent under a 60W grow light at approximately 50 cm (20 inches) distance.
I remove the bag once a day and mist the plant with water.
Current symptoms:
Two leaves have already fallen off.
Two leaves got black / brown
The remaining leaves feel rather dry.
The leaves are slightly curled/rolled up.
Overall, the plant seems to be getting weaker every day.
