Hello, my friend and I (21M) pictured above are looking for a third roommate. We are recent graduates from the Boston area and will be moving to NYC in July.
We are currently looking for 3 bedroom apartments with a maximum rent of $6,000 ($2,000 per person). Ideally we would find a spot in any of these locations in Manhattan:
- Downtown (Manhattan)
- Midtown
- Midtown South
- Murray Hill
- Sutton Place
- Turtle Bay
- Kips Bay
- Upper West Side
- Lenox Hill
- Hudson Yards
- Hell's Kitchen
The average 3 bedroom in these locations that I have observed is around $5,500 total.
We are social people who like to go out, but we are also both very well organized and clean so we would appreciate finding a roommate who is also mindful and keeps areas clean. To qualify for an apartment with us, you would need to make a minimum income of $80,000.
We are both working jobs that will be 3 days in office 2 days WFH, however depending on how far we live from our offices we would most likely go into office 4-5d a week.
