So Basically I have Been going to the gym on and off for a while, mainly because I dont a routine set in stone.

I want to go to the gym more because im currently playing Rugby, Gaelic football and I also compete in track/athletics competitions (mainly 100 metre /200 metre sprints)

The only equipment I have at home are dumbells bench press squat rack and a hex bar i think. The rugby club i play for also has a gym but I dont really feel confident atm as all the lads my age can lift way more

The thing I really need would be a proper gym routine rn as rugby is finishing and I need to get more physical as my coaches say

If anyone has any routines I would be happy to hear them
