Shock collar brand recommendations for small dog?

Hello everyone! I have a very sweet but loud shih Tzu who has not improved. I need e collar recomendations for him. I want the collar to automatically correct with every bark. No remote please

So, a little backstory.... I am not jumping to a shock collar solution immediately with him. His barking at every little sound including our upstairs neighbors walking is getting really out of hand. Milo was adopted about 2 years ago and is a valued member of our household. He is best friends with our large (non-problem barking) senior dog, and is just so sweet and affectionate with myself and the kids. He is responsive to highly interactive coaching thru a sound and he'll leave it/stop barking and come over for pets/treat (he's proud and knows he did good in the moment)

However without that immediate and ongoing interaction throughout the problem behavior (when I am not near him) the barking is as if he retains nothing from previous positive training. Without constant interaction his barking is a huge problem. I have physical disabilities as well as two children. Constant interaction and coaching is not possible. If I am elsewhere in the house I cannot rush over to coach him through and stop his barking. It is incessant and everyone in my neighborhood resents this dog. He is a complete nuisance in our small yard.

We have tried other bark collars. With beeping and vibrating collars, they are very effective for a few days, but then he gets used to that and continues barking through the beeping and vibrating. We take a break for a few days and go back to it, same thing again. Very responsive at first, fast diminishing returns. Since he has long hair around his head the citronella collars do not work well. For a short time right after a very short haircut only. I had one difficult to use cheap e collar. That particular collar would a shock after several barks, but it was impossible to control. Maybe it was defective because the display would never do what it was supposed to do. I need a very simple bark collar recommendation. Milo would be wearing this new shock collar when I am doing other tasks in the house, or when I let him out in the backyard. Every time he barks I want a correction shock during those periods of times. Milo aims to please, and really wants to be good. He is very responsive to someone right there, but I can't be right there often enough to improve this behavior . Neighbors have complained to animal control and I am not able to be there to physically correct him every time. The temporary effectiveness of past bark collars leads me to believe this will be a good training tool for Milo. Please help me! Thank you!!!
