I hate getting up and cooking breakfast, but I have a child who now requires it ofc. I want to make bacon egg and cheese & jam pastries (think toaster strudels but “homemade”) with the premade puff pastry dough so I can just throw it in the oven and get the morning started. Would it be better assemble and freeze, assemble, par bake, and freeze; or assemble and fully cook then freeze?
