Complete Beginner to all things computer based, PCBs and programming languages
If I wanted to test out making my own custom PCB (I don't care if it's clunky) and learn how to program it and operate a small screen. What are the first starting steps and where can I begin? Happy for text book recommendations, or Raspberry Pi suggestions (although i'd like the step before a raspberry pi) or already made custom courses. I just want to understand more of the binary side I guess and how to create a core language to chat with a logic board. Just curious to learn how it actually works at that level.
