Daytrading and options/0DTE etc give you this image and deception that you have the ability to earn money away from your main job.
The deception continues until you think you can give a 2 week notice and retire off this said form of “income”. No service youre offering, no product you’re making, but you’re a “short term investor” as a job, aka a daytrader.
5 years and $200k down the drain later that I’ll never get back, I’ve now realized it’s a big fucking lie. It’s an advanced form of a casino being offered under the guise of investing.
My money I make is from my career, not speculating on asset prices on the side.
I’m on day 2 of closing accounts and walking away, wish me luck.
