I was bored and updated the clock speeds with webman mod on the browser, 600 & 650 were fine then i tried 800 like a moron and now it starts but freezes almost immediately but the sounds still play.

I've tried to use the recovery menu but that doesn't show on the screen but pressing X does seem to work because it restarts after that.
