No matter what they’re just selfish for not getting involved in politics. Congo is a fucking mess. People getting raped, babies have STDS, women are getting grenades stuck up their vagina, young boys are taken and forced into killing and they’re only reporting about their “brothers and sisters” having trouble getting to meeting or some shit. I’m so fucking sick of it.
Is sleep as important as people say when building muscle? I know sleep is important in general but is getting a full 8-10 hours everyday that essential? I know multiple people that barely get sleep and still manage to stay incredibly fit/jacked
School five days a week for 9 hours, half of the rest of those days filled with service and midweek meeting. Then we get to the weekend and there’s ANOTHER meeting and MORE service. Not ONE day to sleep in🤣 All to be told that I need to “put the kingdom first some more”. I hate it here god I can’t wait to be free. Any other ex jws hate the schedule as much as me?
