This carries an immense amount of shame, please be gentle (as if I feel the need to say that in this group 🫤…I know I shouldn’t)

Does anyone else pick at the skin on their glutes (butt cheeks)? I’ve never seen that body part specifically addressed.

Sometimes it’s so bad it’s hurts to sit down.
