Hello,

I received an email regarding a verification process, specifically “Visual Identity Verification.”

I assume this means I’ll need to provide a selfie and probably an ID card or passport.

I’ve had the account for several years, and during that time the name of my street changed, although the house number stayed the same. The address currently listed on my account is therefore different from the one on my new ID card (different street name, same number).

Could this become a problem? Would the Visual Identity Verification process even notice/address this difference?
Also, my passport still shows the old street name. If they ask for identification, would it be acceptable to use my passport instead of the ID card?

One more thing: when I ordered a new card, I added the new street name in Address Line 2, so the envelope actually showed both versions of the address — and it arrived without any issues.
