I bought MDX used(First Acura ever) and I’m having a weird issue with AcuraLink and it’s driving me crazy.
It shows my AcuraLink subscription is active, but the phone connection status says disconnected. When I go into the AcuraLink menu in the car, I only see “Vehicle notifications”, “Contact Acura”, and “Connect”.
When I tap Connect, nothing really happens. No QR code, no code, nothing to link the app.
I already:
transferred ownership earlier
deleted and reinstalled the app
logged in again
even did a full factory reset in the car
Still the same thing.
Feels like it’s stuck in some in-between state where the subscription is active but the car isn’t actually linked to my phone.
Has anyone else dealt with this? Did you have to call Acura or is there something I’m missing?
