I’ve applied to roles at American Express both with and without referrals, but my resume never gets shortlisted.

I have relevant experience from a good company, so I’m trying to understand what Amex usually looks for during shortlisting.

Does referral actually help there, or is the ATS very strict? Would appreciate honest experiences from people who managed to get interviews/offers or are already working, please help me out folks
