So someone hacked my gmail account today, and I wanna know how to access it if that not very nice person decided to change everything including, phone number, recovery adress and also add something like NFC USB thing to it.

Can I get account to be deleted even if I can't access it, or get the account blocked?

I actually got the account back. I just got in touch with YT support, and they transferred me to the specialised team that made everything possible.
