When I tried to buy a Maxis from Libernovo's own website, my bank cancelled my order with the message, "We have done this to protect you, as many customers have had challenges with this business." It just confuses me because when I watch reviews of the chairs, they are praised, and people on Reddit seem very happy with them, but it seems like the issue is with everything else rather than the chair itself (customer service, shipping, etc.).

I'm not sure if I'm going to buy a chair from Libernovo now, even though the Maxis looks like the kind of chair I want.
