I bought Mechanical switches from cosmic byte. First they cancelled my order (money was deducted). Then I ordered again. When I checked in tracking, both order shows confirmed. I reached out to them that I only want ine order and why cancelled is getting shipped? They said kust reject the duplicate order and we will issues refund once we get update that order has been rejected.After 2 days i got the delivery. I rejected duplicate order and kept the actual one. When I opened the box i realised that I ordered 5 x 20 switch pack and received only 4 packs. I emailed them as their phone is reachable. I informed them that I received one pack less and also have rejected the other order. They said that they want a photo and video of seal packed box. I had already opened it and didnt had video i said i can send you photos of the product. They said they will investigate after 4 days of no update I emailed them for answers. Still they said they need time. Their last email received was on 23 April. Since then I have emailed them for updates and they are ignoring my email and not replying. I have still not received refund for duplicate order nor I have received the missing switch pack. They offer such a shitty service and then expect us to trust Indian brands.
