So I have a history of bed debt/payment history etc. I’ve been climbing out of the muck and have seen my score go up steadily. My last late payment was in October 2024. I do not carry balances on my credit cards paying on time and in full every month. My FICO 3/8 were 690-700 (which took all of these past couple of years to get to). The other day FICO 3 dropped 48 points. Reason for change on Chase Credit Journey: JCMC credit usage decrease; Improved credit usage; Credit card balances decreased.

I am so confused. Any insight? TIA!
