I'm currently on Vyvanse 50 mg in the morning and Intuniv 2mg, Lexapro 20mg, and Gabapentin 200mg at night. I also have a Propananol Rx that I can take if I'm going to be doing anything social and what not. As far as supplements go, my current stack is below. It's for both my AuDHD as well as physical symptoms from likely connective tissue disorder (Sticker Syndrome top suspect prior to genetic testing) and possibly MCAS as well as cardiovascular health (genetic variants making things worse).

Upon wakeup on empty stomach:

- L-Tyrosine 500mg

- L-Theanine 400mg

- Methylated B12 5mg (MTHFR variant)

- Methylfolate 5mg

- CDP Choline 500mg

Shortly after that, I take my Vyvanse and then usually do an Orgain coffee protein shake.

With breakfast:

- D3 125mcg

- K2 180mcg

- P-5-P B6 100mg

- NA-R-ALA 300mg

- Benfotiamine 300mg

- Inositol 100mg

- NAC 600mg (testing if this helps with chronic nail-biting)

- EPA/DHA 2000mg (FADS1/FADS2 variant)

Before bed:

- Xyzal (allergy med)

- Berberine HCI 1200mg

- Magnesium Glycinate (200mg)

- Glycine/Taurine 1000mg each (seems to help with bruxism)

- EPA/DHA 2000mg

One addition I'm planning to start is DAO, which is supposed to be safe to add and may help with any food histamine issues.
