Hello I read this book couple years ago where it was based off of the seven deadly sins not the anime but just the concept it was a mxm book where there were two different groups that hated each other and a new kid arrived and basically enemies to lovers kinda with the main bad boy type characters from the opposing side there were the seven main characters of pride, wrath, sloth,lust,greed,envy, and gluttony and the things I remember from the characters was gluttony were a set of twins lust was incapable of feeling love I think he was aromatic and the main character went through mpreg with a dog named Oreo? Don’t remember if the dog was a hybrid human/werewolf and there was another set of pairs but female version don’t know if that helps but I remember the cover kinda looking like the character all laying in a circle looking up just suddenly remember it and wanted to read it again and believe it was a long book thanks hope this helps really want to read it again!
