My situation: starting a new job in a few months that’ll be a 50-60 mile drive one way 5 days a week. Currently have a paid off 2016 bmw 5 series that’s going through its issues with repairs and has been costing quite a bit. Doubt it’ll handle long trips and with less than 20mpg I’ll be filling up quite often.

I’ve been eyeing electric cars but I have no way to feasibly charge it at my apartment. I’ve also been eyeing high MPG cars like the Toyota Camry hybrid, which would make a lot of sense.

Any suggestions?
