I 100% agree CSULB is by far one of the worst school and y’all are coping so hard.
CSULB legit has not school sprit and is by far one of the most asinine expieances of my life. I will list the following on why this school is so shit.
No-opportunities for students: CSULB does the absolute bare minimum to provide students with possible internships and ways to grow in their field. I attended most if not all the events this semester and was shocked by how little booths where their and how tiny the field-diversity there was; in total I counted around 15 booths which mainly focused on STEM and Education which probably accounts for 30% of the schools population. My old CC had probably upwards of 50+ booths for probably 1/5 of the student population.
School spirit: This school legit has little to no spirit this school feels so dull, unmotivating and dead; no one talks to each other; there is little to no effort from the school to make engaging events in which students can meet and network. Clubs are ran but some of the most appalling people I’ve ever met and make u feel like a total stranger and unwelcome when you go to meeting. There is legit no scene of competition and challenge in this school and it seems like everyone is scraping by.
Professors: I’ve jumped around a few CC’s and been in other uni classes and CSULB has by far some of the most unimpressive staff I’ve seen, some professors run important enrichment programs at CSULB are by far some of the most disorganized and terrible professors I’ve had the pleasure taking classes with and are hated by other students. Hating on professors is the only way I’ve mad friends I won’t even lie.
