Lacto-Vegetarian diet feasible for muscle growth?
Forgive me if this topic has been asked / discussed before. I’m currently non vegetarian eating predominantly chicken. I’m 265 lbs 6’4 with approximately 29% body fat. I’ve come down from 34% BF since I started working out and weight has stayed consistent.
For various reasons, I would like to explore becoming vegetarian. Currently I’m trying to get 210 G protein on a 2000 calorie diet. With things like soya curls/seitan, it seems doable, but am I missing some huge drawback?
